OUR DIVINE FAITH "By faith (believing in God) Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed (did what God said); and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in a the land of promise as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs of the same promises: for he look for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God." Hebrews 11:8-10
In being a New Testament Christian, we are walking by a trusting faith in the living God because we are believing in His promises. Therefore, we should keep trusting in the living God so that we can enjoy the Divine Blessings of New Testament Christianity.
Learn the following truth because your life is precious.
THE NEED FOR OUR DIVINE FAITH I. It takes faith to please God because He is our Creator. Why does it take faith to please the Lord our God? It takes faith to please the Lord our God because He is invisible unto us in this life, but we must believe in the existence and the promises of the living God. "Without Faith (minus faith on our part) it is impossible to please him (God): for he that cometh to God must believe that he is ( that He is alive and doing well), and that he is a rewarder (a promise keeper) of them that diligently seek him." Hebrews 11:6
II. It takes faith to please Christ because He is our Redeemer. Why does it take faith to please Christ the Lord? It take faith to please Christ the Lord because must must believe that He is our Saviour. "I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he (the Christ: the Saviour: the Redeemer), ye shall die in your sins." John 8:24
III. It takes faith to overcome the forces of evil. How can we overcome the powers of Satan without a trusting faith in promises of God? We must have a trusting faith in the promises of God so that we can overcome the world. "This is the victory that overcome the world, even our faith." 1 John 5:4
THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR DIVINE FAITH I. We can increase our faith by hearing the word of God. If we want to increase our faith in Spiritual Things, we must learn more about the word of God. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17
II. We can develop our faith by studying the word of God. If we want to develop our faith, we must continue to study the word of God. "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing (handling aright) the word of truth" (the Scriptures: the word of God). 2 Timothy 2:15
III. We can improve our faith by enduring temptations. If we want to improve our faith, we must endure the temptations which come our way. "Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations (many difference kinds of temptation): That the trail of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ." 1 Peter 1:6-7
IV. We can increase our faith by fighting a good fight of faith. If we want to increase our faith, we must continue to fight a good fight of faith. "Fight (battle) a good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witness." 1 Timothy 6:12
THE NATURE OF OUR DIVINE FAITH I. We have a working faith because we are keeping the commandments of God. If we want to have a working faith, we must believe in the commandments of God and then obey (keep) the precepts of God. "Thou believest that there is one God: thou doest well: the devils also believe and tremble. but wilt thou know, O van man, that faith without works is dead?" James 2:19-20
II. We have a loving faith because we are manifesting love to the best of our ability and knowledge. If we want to have a loving faith, we must manifest love in our life to the best of our ability and knowledge. "For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love." Galatians 5:6
THE BLESSINGS OF OUR DIVINE FAITH I. We are justified by faith because we are obeying the laws of God. We are saved by faith because faith is a part of God's plan of salvation. "Therefore being justified by faith (a working faith), we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 5:1
II. Christ dwells in our heart by faith because we are walking by faith. Christ does dwell in our hearts in a Spiritual Way because we can have Spiritual Fellowship with Him. "That he (God) would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man: that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth and height; And to know the love of Christ which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God." Ephesus 3:16-17
III. Our faith is not in vain because we believe in a risen Christ who has been raised from the grave. "Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen; And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain: ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept." 1 Corinthians 15:12-20

Our faith is divine because we in being a New Testament Christian have been created and redeemed by three Heavenly Persons (Personalities or Beings) who equally are called God in being the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit, and who are called Christ in being the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit so that in this world we can become like Them. Amen." 1 Timothy 6:15-16 "To them (the Christians) who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life." 1 Romans 2:7 This means that we will be a deathless Person in our Heavenly Home because a Heavenly Person can not die in a physical or in a Spiritual Way.
