So God created man in his own image" (of life). Genesis 1:26-27

Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device." Acts 17:28-29

II. We must imitate Christ, who is the being of three equal Persons that are called the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in being our Redeemer because we are a new creature in Christ. "For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leavening us an example, that ye should follow his steps; Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him (God) that judgeth righteously." 1 Peter 1:21-23
