Therefore, we should learn the true meaning of the Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ in matters of our own redemption of life because we in being a New Testament Christian possess a created and a redeemed nature of life which we must know and understand so that we can overcome the forces of evil.

Learn the following truth because your life is precious.

GOD IS THE FATHER OF CHRIST
AND
CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD

"And the Word (God) was made flesh, and dwelt among us." John 1:1-3,14 "Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise." Matthew 1:18-24 "Blessed be the God and Father (Originator) of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." Ephesians 1:3 "What think ye of Christ? Whose Son (Offspring in Nature) is he?" Matthew 22:42

I. What is the significance of the Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ?

A. The Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ is the being of a Father-head Figure and an Offspring Status Relationship instead of being two ranked Persons (Personalities or Beings) because the Nature of God brought the Nature of Christ into being upon the earth so that sinful man could be redeemed. This was why the Word God (a God-Person) was born Jesus Christ (a God-Man) upon the earth so that He could do the Divine Work of human redemption. "And the Word (God) was made flesh, and dwelt among us." John 1:1-3,14 "Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise." Matthew 1:18-24 "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." Ephesians 1:3 "What think ye of Christ? Whose Son (Offspring in Nature) is he?" Matthew 22:42

B. The Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ is the being of a Father-head Figure and an Offspring Status Relationship instead of being two ranked Persons because those three God-Persons, who were called the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit in being our Creator, equally made Themselves to work in the Divine Name of Christ in being called the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit so that They could be our Redeemer. This was why, "The Lord (God) said unto my Lord (Christ), sit thou on my right hand, until I make the foes thy footstool. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that the Lord God (who was the being of the Father and the Holy Spirit in heaven upon that occasion) hath made that same Jesus (who was the Incarnated Word: the Son upon the earth), whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ." Acts 2:34-36 Thus, Jesus (the Son) who was made both Lord and Christ in being our Redeemer made the Reign of Christ to be the Reign of the Father, Himself in being the Son and the Holy Spirit in matters of our own redemption of life because He said, "Go teach all nations, baptizing them in the name (the authority) of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Matthew 28:18-20

C. The Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ is the being of a Father-head Figure and an Offspring Status Relationship instead of being two ranked Persons because God who is the Father of created man is a different entity from God who was made to be the Father of Christ. This was why Jesus (who was made both Lord and Christ upon the earth) said concerning that difference, "I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God." John 20:17

D. The Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ is the being of a Father-head Figure and an Offspring Status Relationship instead of being two ranked Persons because created man who is the son of God is a different entity from Christ who was made to be the Son of God. This was why John said concerning that difference, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son (Jesus Christ was made to be the only begotten Son of God because He was the Incarnated Word God upon the earth), that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

E. The Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ is the being a Father-head Figure and an Offspring Status Relationship instead of being two ranked ranked Persons because the Son (Jesus) and the Father are equal in reference to the being of Spiritual Persons. This was why Jesus (who was the Incarnated Word upon the earth) said to prove that He was Spiritually equal with His Father, "He that hath seen me hath seen the Father." John 14:9 "I and my Father are one" (equal). John 10:10 "My Father (not your Father) worketh hitherto, and I work. Therefore the Jews sought to kill him because he had said that God was his Father, making himself equal with God." John 5:17-18

Therefore, since the Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ is the being of a Father-head Figure and an Offspring Status Relationship instead of being two ranked Persons, this greatly magnifies the whole being of our own divine nature of life because we have been created and redeemed by three equal Persons (not ranked Persons) who are called by the Divine Names of God and Christ in reference to our own creation and redemption of life.

THIS IS THE MEANING OF RANK AND EQUALITY

Revelation 3:21 "And to him will I give power over the nations. And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father." Amen." 1 Timothy 6:15-16 "To them (the Christians) who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life." 1 Romans 2:7 This means that we will be a deathless Person in our Heavenly Home because a Heavenly Person can not die in a physical or in a Spiritual Way.
