OUR DIVINE POWERS OF LIFE

"He that overcometh (the powers of Satan), and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers; even as I received of my Father." Revelation 2:26-27

If we overcome the forces of evil, we will be given an eternal victory in heaven over the powers of Satan. Therefore, the Divine Powers of God and the Divine Powers of Christ are used in the Scriptures to explain the way by which we can overcome the forces of evil.

Learn the following truth because your life is priceless.

BEING OMNIPOTENT

I. God, who is our Creator, is Omnipotent. "I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thundering, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth." Revelation 19:6

II. Christ, who is our Redeemer, is Omnipotent. "All power in given unto me in heaven and earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." Matthew 28:18-20

Now, since God and Christ are Omnipotent, this greatly magnifies the whole being of our own creation and redemption of life because we have been created and redeemed so that we can overcome the forces of evil. Therefore, we must depend upon Spiritual Strength to help us so that we can overcome the world of sin. The Lord our God said, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee, yea, I will help thee: yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." Isaiah 41:10 Paul said, "I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:13

III. Who are those Divine Persons (Personalities or Beings) that equally possess the Omnipotent Power of God and the Omnipotent Power of Christ in matters of Their Own Individual Being of life?

A. The Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit are the three Divine Persons who equally possess the Omnipotent Power of God in reference to Their Own Individual Nature of life because God in being the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit created our own divine nature of life free of sin when we were born upon the earth. This means that the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit are an Omnipotent Person in matters of Their Own Individual Being of life because this is the Divine Power of a Divine Person.

B. The Father and the Son Relationship which exist between God and Christ is the being of a Father-head Figure and an Offspring Status Relationship instead of being two ranked Persons because those three God-Persons, who are called the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit in being our Creator, equally made Themselves to work in the Divine Name of Christ in being called the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit so that They could be our Redeemer.

C. "Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever." Jude 24-25 Therefore, if we obey the commandments, we in being a New Testament Christian will become like those three Heavenly Persons who equally are called God in being the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit and who are called Christ in being the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit because we are the children of God in matters of our own creation and redemption of life.

BEING OMNISCIENT

I. God, who is our Creator, is Omniscient. "Great is the Lord our God, and of great power, His understanding is infinite." Psalms 147:5

II. Christ, who is our Redeemer, is Omniscient. "In whom (Christ) are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." Colossians 2:3

Now, since God and Christ are Omniscient, this highly magnifies the whole being of our own creation and redemption of life because we have been created and redeemed so that we can know how to overcome the forces of evil. Therefore, we must depend upon Spiritual Knowledge to help us to overcome the world of sin. Peters said, "God according as his divine power hath give unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue." 2 Peter 1:3 Our Lord said, "If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my behold in sheol, behold, thou art there. If I take thy winds of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost part of the sea, Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand, shall hold me. Psalms 139:7-10

II. Christ, who is our Redeemer, is Omnipresent. "Where two or three are gathered together in my name (the Name of Christ), there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20

Now, since God and Christ are Omnipresent, this greatly magnifies the whole being of our creation and redemption of life because we have been created and redeemed so that we can have Spiritual Fellowship with those Persons who created and redeemed our own divine nature of life. Therefore, we are a temple of God by creation and we are a temple of God by redemption. Paul said, "And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? Ye are the temple of the living God; As God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people." 2 Corinthians 6:16 Paul said, "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."
